See Sapeya in action
This page shows how the Sapeya support widget behaves when embedded on a website. Look for the chat button in the bottom-right corner: click it to start a conversation.
The widget answers based on the documents uploaded to the customer's knowledge base: PDFs, web pages, FAQs, product manuals. It always cites its source and stops when it doesn't have enough information — no hallucinations.
Integrating it on a real website is a single <script>
tag to paste before </body>.
Updating the knowledge base is instant: upload a new document from the
dashboard and the widget uses it right away.
How to try it
Open the chat in the bottom-right corner. The assistant only knows about Sapeya: how it works, how it avoids made-up answers, where your data stays, how it integrates. Start from the suggestions in the chat — or put it to the test with an off-topic question: you'll see it honestly tells you it doesn't know, instead of improvising.
Try asking:
- “How does Sapeya avoid making up answers?”
- “Where does my data stay?”
- “Which languages does it answer in?”
- “Can you recommend a restaurant in Rome?” (trick question)
